1) Visit https://api.slack.com/apps & Login into the workspace you want the app to be installed

2) Once you login do not open app instead simply go to https://api.slack.com/apps again

3) Once you login you will see this screen instead, click Create New App

4) Select from scratch

Name it as you like preferably name containing Myuser so you recognize it and Pick a workspace then click Create App

6) From settings choose Oauth & Permissions

7) Scroll down to scopes section:

8) Click Add an OAuth Scope and type chat:write (so App can send a message)

9) In the same section scroll up and now Install to Workspace button will be enabled and will contain your workspace name, Click on it

10) Click Allow:

11) Click Copy next to Bot User OAuth Token

12) In products section in myuser.com/dashboard click Product info of the product you want to integrate Myuser into and click on Integrate Into Apps

13) Paste Bot User OAuth Token you copied on step 11

14) Now you need to add Slack Channel username which you can find inside of your Slack workspace, they look like this, yours will be different:

15) Now you need to invite the App into the channel by going into the channel in Slack and type /invite

Then click on Add Apps to this channel
Search the app name you just created and click Install

16) For this example, let's say I want to integrate into customer-notifications, and after I followed step 15 and invited the app, now I type customer-notifications into Myuser dashboard

17) Click Save and you should receive this in the slack channel if integration was successful:

Step 1: Access the HubSpot Settings

To get started, simply log in to your HubSpot account. On the top right corner, you'll find the Settings gear icon—click this to proceed.

Step 2: Navigate to Integrations and Private Apps

Once you're in the settings, look at the left-hand menu, and select Integrations, followed by Private Apps.

Click on Go to Legacy Apps

Step 3: Create a New Legacy App

Click on the Create Legacy App button.

Click on Private

A new window opens, asking you to name the app. In the app name field, enter the name Myuser, or choose a name that clearly identifies your integration.

Step 4: Adding Required Scopes

Next, navigate to the Scopes tab at the top of the private app page. Here, you'll need to add all the permissions required to connect our systems successfully. Make sure to individually add the following scopes, one by one, through the Add Scope option:

• crm.objects.companies.read
• crm.objects.contacts.read
• crm.objects.contacts.write
• crm.schemas.companies.read
• crm.schemas.companies.write

Including all the listed scopes is important. Without these permissions properly set up, the integration will fail to function as intended.

We require read permissions to identify if a lead already exists in HubSpot, and write permissions to create new leads whenever someone positively responds to our outreach.

Step 5: Copy the Private API Key

After you've added and confirmed the above scopes, HubSpot will generate your private API key. First click Auth section then click Copy Access Token. you will need it for the integration step.

Step 6: Enter Private Key in the Dashboard

Finally, navigate to the Myuser dashboard. Under the product or service you wish to integrate with HubSpot, paste the private key you've just copied into the provided field, then click Save Product Changes.

Congratulations—you're all set! Your HubSpot integration is now ready, allowing seamless transfer of lead information and faster management of your outreach efforts.
